• Access Policy : The blades are available to anyone in the QA team who is looking to do some specific testing and needs a machine on a highspeed link. These machines are also used to do some of our automated testing.
• Requesting Access : In order to request access, post an email to the centos-qa list, including the following details:
  • Your Wiki Username
  • Reason for access ( usually details of the tests you are going to be doing )
  • Lengh of time request is desired ( we only have a few, so be considerate - but if you need a machine for a few weeks, thats fine - we will try and work something out )
  • Type of resource needed ( Complete machine, VMware hosted full-virt machine, Xen hosted paravirt machine )
  • Details on level of access needed ( do you need console level access, do you want to run the machine install yourself or from a pre-selected kickstart etc )
  • Make sure you also post your ssh pub key and preferred username
  • Any other relevant information.
