2.2.1. Component A
PCMCIA slot also works fine. I'm using Atheros 5001X+ based card, which can be configured in few easy steps using this guide : http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Laptops/Wireless#head-0f9ce16affec7ef03a42924029b768a416f8b825 However this card IS NOT native card of this laptop.
2.2.2. Component B
This laptop is equipped with a Broadcom 4318 chipset. Which works with the following guide: https://www.centos.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=24119
However I've experienced error messages, I'm using ndiswrapper at the moment.
2.3. Issues
Touchpad is very sensitive, however this is not the problem of CentOS, turn off tapping using synclient in terminal window type :
