2. CentOS-6.2
2.1. Installation
Could not install using default install option; it kept on hanging on 'kernel panic' screen. Eventually figured this was down to video driver issues so selected 'install with basic driver' and this worked fine.

2.2.1. Component Video
Resolution and available modes were basic. did a bit of research and learned something about nouveau drivers. Installed the nvidia 295.nn from elrepo and graphics are now excellent!
