Installation of RT 3.4.x on CentOS 4.2

1. Start with a fresh CentOS 4.x server install.

2. Install software.

3. Configure and start services.

4. Install RT.

5. Configure RT.

(You will definitely need to set RT's database password before continuing. Not doing so could be very dangerous)

6. Initialize RT's database.

7. Configure RT's .procmailrc file.

8. Setup the mail dispatcher.

Example of adding a queue with a space:

#rt-dev: "|/etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate --queue 'Dev Group' --action correspond --url http://your.host.name/"

#rt-dev-comment: "|/etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate --queue 'Dev Group' --action comment --url http://your.host.name/"

9. Configure Sendmail

10. Login to RT
