We would like to have more professional announcements in the future and the effort is really minimal. The aim is to make it more conform to press releases. An announcement should have the following parts:

 * A summary (to submit to news-sites)
 * An introduction text explaining:
   * '''what''' it is you are announcing (so people can decide if it interests them)
   * '''why''' it exists (so people understand how it can be useful to them)
   * '''who''' it is for (so people know if they are the target audience)
 * Technical details
